L.L. Bean Teams Up With Berkshire East For Discounted Tickets Josh Sullivan calendar_month Thu Dec 18 2025 menu_book 2 minutes reading time (285 words)

Let’s face it: it doesn’t get more New England than L.L. Bean.

If you grew up in the region, particularly in Maine or New Hampshire, you likely saw the Bean Boot-Mobile driving down the highway at one point or another. Ski jackets, mittens, flannels, socks, bikes, and yes, boots from the Maine staple were probably part of your wardrobe at one point or another. If you don’t trust me, just listen to singer-songwriter Noah Kahan, who has a signature product line with the brand.

Now, every Wednesday from January 7 to February 25, 2026, L.L. Bean is bringing affordable skiing and riding to the masses.

Berkshire East Mountain Resort in Charlemont, Massachusetts has teamed up with L.L. Bean to bring you $25 Wednesday night tickets from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. A number of Learn to Ski or Snowboard packages are also being offered by L.L. Bean, but those details aren’t out just yet. The packages will include a group lesson, rentals, and a lift ticket on select dates.

The whole point of the project is to make winter more accessible to those who are newcomers.

This isn’t the first time Berkshire East and L.L. Bean have teamed up. In 2024, the outfitter sponsored a free ski day on the Saturday of Presidents Day, which is typically one of the busiest days of the year. They also teamed up with Ski Butternut in Great Barrington to offer $25 lift tickets on Fridays.

Last year, L.L. Bean teamed up with Black Mountain of Maine to offer discounted tickets every Thursday and Friday. Tickets were just $30 for a lift, and $5 for uphill. Plus cross-country skiing and snowshoeing was offered for free, with free equipment rentals.
