Established in 1936, it offers a classic skiing experience with over 640 acres of skiable terrain, including 34 runs and a vertical drop of 1,400 feet. The area is known for its 200+ inches of natural snow each season, making it a great spot for skiing without the need for snowmaking. Showdown is also recognized for its friendly atmosphere and affordable lift tickets, making it ideal for families and beginners.
